Common questions

How do I dismiss an alarm?

Each alarm uses the challenge you picked when you set it: solve a math problem, photograph an object, or shake your phone. Complete the challenge and the alarm stops.

The alarm didn’t fire

Confirm that notification permission is on (iOS Settings → Notifications → Wake Boom → Allow Notifications) and that Focus or Do Not Disturb didn’t silence it.

I lost my alarms after restoring my phone

Alarms live locally on your device. If you restored from a backup that excluded app data, they will be gone — set them up again and Wake Boom will start fresh.

How do I delete my data?

The app stores everything on-device, so deleting the app removes all app data. For website waitlist emails, write to hi@solvolabs.studio and we will remove your address.

Refunds and billing

Wake Boom is free during pre-launch. Any future in-app purchases are billed by Apple — refund requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com.
